Five weeks after the return of the volunteers to Germany the five day long returning seminar is hosted in Hamburg.  Here the volunteers evaluate their experiences via dialectical methods. They work with positive and, even more importantly, negative experiences to gain ground in Germany with an balanced image of their time in Tanzania. The entirety of experiences of all sixteen volunteers result in a pretty wide image of encounters, life and work in Tanzania. Building on that, the volunteers are taught how they can act as "multiplicators" for the society and how they can become active. The volunteers can tell their surroundings about intercultural encounters and work in Tanzania. Especially personal experiences of the volunteers can help to correct the image that Africa is a miserable continent that only suffers. The returning volunteers can explain about the diversity of the country. Since the volunteers engaged themselves practically they come back with ideas and inspiration on how they can continue to be active in Germany.
