People with high motivation to get involved in something new, to learn a new language. People who are curious and enjoy intercultural encounters. People who are proactive and open and want to contribute their individual skills and interests. We are not looking for experts, but people who want to learn, observe and share their ideas. People who are interested in climate protection, renewable energies, environmental protection and development policy. Individual knowledge and skills are welcome and find their place in the projects: creative ideas, organizational skills, IT experience, craftsmanship, knowledge of renewable energies, social skills and many more.

We try to bring Tanzanian organizations and volunteers together so that their interests and needs meet. We also want a group of motivated and committed volunteers with different experiences, degrees and ages that is as well mixed as possible.
